Mubasher: Sweets of Oman Company invited on Thursday shareholders to attend its general meeting to discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends at 50% of the capital, equivalent to 50 Baisas per share, for the fiscal year 2015.

The company’s net profit declined 22% to OMR 703,500 in 2015, compared to OMR 901,400 in 2014.

The general meeting will be held on 15 March, according to a bourse filing.
